Privacy Policy

01Scope

Lorewisp Android (package name: com.lorewisp.app) is operated by Guangzhou Duomiduo Food Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy applies to the Android app and its associated account, content, payment and support services.

Lorewisp is intended for adults aged 18 and above. When you use third-party services such as Google through the app, those services' own data processing is also governed by their respective privacy policies.

02Information we use and why

Account and sign-in information

We process a stable account identifier, guest or signed-in status, and session information needed to keep you signed in. If you choose Google sign-in or account linking, we process the identity and email information supplied by Google. We do not receive your Google password. If you sign in to an existing email-and-password account, your email and password are sent over HTTPS to our Supabase authentication service; the app does not retain that password. We use this information to authenticate you, link your account and protect your saved content and account entitlements.

Interactive fiction, character conversations and activity

We process the input you submit, conversations and generated content, notes, reading progress, saved sessions, preferences, and records of actions such as likes, comments and follows. We use this information to generate responses, continue your reading, save content and provide social features. Authored content you choose to submit is also processed to provide the relevant features.

Search information

When you search, your query is sent to our backend to return matching results. Recent searches are stored on your device and can be cleared from the search screen. Search analytics record counts such as query length and the number of results, not the search terms themselves.

Purchases and credits

When you use Google Play purchasing features, we process purchase tokens, product identifiers, order and subscription status, credit balances and related transaction records. We use this information to verify transactions, deliver entitlements, restore purchases and handle renewals or refunds. When a purchase is initiated, the app also supplies Google Play with an obfuscated account identifier to associate the transaction with the account. Google handles payment methods; we do not collect your full card number or bank account payment details. Whether a product can be purchased depends on its availability as shown in the app and Google Play at the time.

Feedback, reports and support information

We process the feedback or report text you choose to submit, its account association and necessary submission information to address issues, content safety and support requests. Feedback does not automatically attach your full conversations. Content you choose to paste into feedback or email is processed as part of that submission.

Technical and operational information

To maintain sign-in, network connectivity, service security and diagnostics, we and our infrastructure providers process necessary app, device and service information. This includes IP addresses involved in network requests and an approximate country or region inferred from them. The current app does not request GPS or precise-location access; approximate regional information is not precise location. Analytics data is described below.

03AI processing and public content

When you request a story or character response to be generated or continued, our backend sends the input, relevant notes and selected conversation context needed for the request to the AI service providers it uses. We process the returned results to deliver content, save progress and apply any associated credit charges.

This content may include personal information you choose to enter. Submit only content you have the right to provide, and avoid including passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive information in fiction input, notes or feedback. You can contact us using the details in this policy to learn more about the relevant AI service providers and their data processing.

Works or comments you choose to publish may be visible to other readers and may be managed or moderated as part of the relevant features. Your private conversations and saved reading progress are not automatically published to other readers.

04Third-party services and data sharing

We provide information needed for the relevant features to the services below. Account-linked data may still identify the same user and should not be understood as fully anonymous.

Supabase · Authentication and data services

Supabase processes account authentication, sessions and app data, including the content and records created when you use our features. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.

Google sign-in and Google Play · Sign-in and transactions

If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles authentication and supplies the relevant identity information to us. For Google Play purchases, Google handles payment methods and store transactions, while we process records needed to verify and fulfill orders. See the Google Privacy Policy.

AI service providers · Story and character responses

Our shared backend uses AI service providers to process the relevant input and context described in Section 03 and generate the content you request.

Firebase Analytics · App usage analytics

Release versions use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and service performance. Events may include a stable account identifier, account type, payment status, screen or feature actions, and app and device information. The SDK may also automatically record Google Play purchase statistics, such as product, price, currency and quantity.

We do not include private fiction text, email addresses, search terms or feedback text in these analytics events. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization are disabled for Firebase Analytics. See Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy.

Meta App Events · App events and advertising measurement

Release versions use Meta App Events to process events for app installation, activation and the first successful creation of a guest account for analytics and advertising measurement. These events may involve app or device identifiers, and technical and approximate-location information available to Meta's services.

We do not include email addresses, private fiction text or search terms in these events. Meta Advertising ID collection, automatic purchase events and interface indexing are disabled. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

FCM remote push notifications are not integrated in the current Android version. The in-app notification list is separate from system push notifications.

05Storage, international processing and security

The app transmits network requests over encrypted HTTPS connections. Session credentials, private local state and pending purchase records on your device use encrypted storage protected by Android Keystore and are excluded from app backup. Server access controls restrict access to private data.

Service providers may process information outside your country or region. Applicable privacy and international-transfer requirements still apply. You can contact us for information about the relevant providers, processing locations and applicable data protection arrangements.

We take measures to protect information, but no online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your device and sign-in credentials.

06Retention and account deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide your account and associated features, handle support and security matters, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the data, account status and legal requirements; not all records have the same retention period.

How to request deletion

• In the app: Open Settings → Privacy & support → Delete account and complete the confirmation. This applies to the current account, including a guest account. A linked identity may require fresh verification.
• Outside the app: Visit the Lorewisp account deletion page, or send a deletion request to dev@guangzhouduomiduo.shop. You do not need to reinstall the app, pay or wait for a subscription to expire.

For an email request, explain that you want your Lorewisp account and associated data deleted. Include your sign-in email or, for a guest account, your visible reader name and any account identifier you still have. We may ask for reasonable proof of account ownership. Do not send passwords, session tokens or full payment-card information.

What deletion covers

Confirmed deletion removes the account's private conversations, saved progress, notes, comments, feedback and remaining credits. Limited deletion receipts and records needed for security or legal obligations may remain. Published authored content may remain after account attribution is removed, and content independently held by other readers may also remain. Third parties handle their independently held records under their respective policies.

07Your choices and privacy rights

Google account linking, existing email-and-password sign-in, publishing content or comments, purchases and feedback are optional. You can use a guest account for the core experience. Guest accounts still require processing of the account and usage data needed to provide the service.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, obtain a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below and identify the relevant account and your request. We may reasonably verify your identity and will handle requests under applicable law, explaining relevant limitations or retention exceptions.

08Age requirements

Lorewisp Android is intended for adults aged 18 and above and is not directed to minors. If you believe we have inappropriately collected a minor's personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.

09Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as product features, data practices or applicable requirements change. The page will show the updated date. Where a change requires separate notice or consent by law, we will follow the applicable requirements.
